Entry fee - $30

For participating in this tournament, you will receive:

- 1 Perfect Order Battle Box (Includes a 40 pre-made deck and 4 Perfect Order booster packs)

- Plus an additional 3 Perfect Order booster packs for a total of 7 booster packs.

All players will receive a free Play! Pokemon Prize Pack at the beginning of the third round.

Players will have 30 minutes to open their Build and Battle Box and construct a deck. We will provide any energy needed on top of the cards you get. There will be 3 rounds of a Swiss tournament, after which top places will be determined.

Make sure to bring your Player ID number (If you do not have one we can provide one at entry). We will also provide any coins/dice if needed. Feel free to show up earlier if you want to have more time to construct your deck.

We will begin the deck construction timer at 3:00 PM sharp. Tournament play will start at 3:30 PM.

This tournament is limited to 20 people. Please sign up on the website to confirm availability. Purchasing a ticket means you have a seat at this event. If you cannot attend the event, we will issue a full refund and open your seat due to waitlist demand.

Come join us for a free Pokémon tournament in celebration of Pokémon Day! Special Bulbasaur promos will be given out at this tournament along with other Pokémon Day freebies. We will also be raffling off a Phantasmal Flames ETB and Mega Venusaur ex Box to participating players.

Format
Standard Swiss style with Single Elimination for top cut 

Prizing
- All players will receive packs for attending the tournament. Last cup we distributed over 100 packs. Here is a breakdown of our prizing.

For participating in the entire swiss round of the tournament every player will receive 4 packs.

Top cut will receive an additional pack per win.

- We will be having a Raffle for an ETB that all participants will be entered into (must be present to win)

- Top winners of each division will get a Cup Champion play mat

Registration gives you a free Play! Pokemon Prize Pack for playing. We will also be giving out packs at the end of the tournament to all players based on ranking as well as holding a raffle for all players at the end of the tournament to win an ETB.

Each round will be Best of 1, with a 30-minute timer. The number of rounds will be dependent on attendance. Decklists can be emailed ahead of time to info@loganarchchicago.com, or we will have deck list sheets available to fill out the day of the event.

Check-in begins at 10:30 AM, with an expectation of round 1 to be paired at 11:00 AM.

Play Lab welcomes Trainers of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re a new fan getting into your first battles or a lifetime Trainer expanding your knowledge, there’s plenty of fun to be had!

Play Lab is an event where we teach new players of all ages how to play the Pokémon TCG. The demonstrations serve as an introduction to the game and are designed to break down the rules into smaller pieces so as not to overwhelm participants.
